In Oct. I was able to chaperon H. on her first field trip! We went to a Pumpkin patch! There H. was able to pick out a cute pumpkin, pet some friendly baby animals, play pumpkin bowling, go through a corn maze and even go on a tractor ride! It was so much
fun. She met up with a cute classmate and then she had even more fun! The funniest part of the whole day was when we were on the tractor/ hay ride. H was sitting on my lap because there were sooo many people on the ride. (naturally) H's hair got caught in my glasses
and when she flipped her head to look at something in the opposite direction, my glasses flew right off my head and landed on the ground. I was trying hard not to panic and all I could think was "don't run over them, don't run over them" as soon as the wheel passed where they were on the ground and realizing that the tractor nor it's trailer had not run over my glasses, I started to yell at the driver to "stop the tractor, stop the tractor"! I was so embarrassed! I really was screami
ng like a "little girl"! All I could do was laugh all the way back to the farm! (The funny farm that is!)
